   Proposal Description:
   Goal: to determine the influence of patients' frailty and comorbidity status on the progression cognitive, functional, and neuropsychiatric symptoms in dementia. Increasing our knowledge on this topic may enhance our ability to inform dementia patients about their prognosis, and may also provide insight into new ways of slowing progression speed in dementia.  Objectives:  - Create a frailty index based on health deficits recorded in the NACC UDS  - Create a comorbidity index based on medical history recorded in the NACC UDS  - Use linear and mixed models to determine the influence of frailty and comorbidity on cognitive, functional and psychiatric progression of dementia.
